sucky sucky weather
Guys m so not well today probs due to the weather. M so malas to go back home since ill be home alone (hala cam the movie). Dont u guys think the weather kindda suck big time. Now is the demam season and im in the statistics.
Since m feeling like this today, I would like to ponder on a question. Will your boss like it, if you just stayed home and take mc or you come to office and halfway u go back since you cant do work anyway? In your professional opinion wut would be the best case. M actually would use this as a basis to appraise me staff.
Latest information about me n me wifey n me baby, insyaAllah if everything goes well Ill be getting a baby boy. So far the baby develops normally and he is in a good condition. Cant wait for the baby to come out.

professional opinion? as opposed to what -- unprofessional opinion? regarding whether u take mc or come in n then go off.. hehehee.. arent there more important questions to relate to being professional/not? more meaningful manner to appraise someone? unless of course the non-attendance is extremely blatant.
heck, when u're sick, u're sick. u need ur rest to get better. if u have urgent things that only U know about -- u go in to deal with that, only if it is ABSOLUTELY vital. but in relatively bigger organisations, there are more resources and i reckon the chances of getting someone to cover for you is bigger. unless of course someone is about to be hanged if u dont PERSONALLY attend to that task :p
my point: isnt one supposed to appraise someone else based on the QUALITY of work being delivered??

Choco actually yup there are a lot of other elements for apprasing my staff professionally. But i got this staff of mine who always on sick leave, and the funny part is, he always manages to come up with valid supporting medical certificates.
It makes me start to think that this guy would have gone to a certain clinic where you can actually buy your mc or something like that.
Talking about quality of work, this guy is an ok support staff when he is around but during his absence some of his task is left unattended due to other support staff are overwhelmed with their tasks too. Consequently my team performance is dwindling down.
About my baby, insyaAllah the delivery date would be by end of Jan or early Feb of 2007. Nanti the baby can call u auntie diva or u prefer diva sista hehehe.
